This isn’t the tool box you’d likely see at your local garage right now. No, this is straight out of a gearhead’s rock n’ roll fantasy: A large tool chest that also comes with an integrated Pioneer sound system and beer fridge. Top that off with self-illumination and built-in power strip and you’ve got almost everything you’d need. Except tools. At $1600 it’s something you might actually begin seeing in hobbyist garages soon. I know my stepdad’s going to want one. [Kobalt tools via Uncrate]

Almost a full year after the Nokia 5610 was announced, T-Mobile will finally be adding it to their line up on August 11th.
So, why’d it take so long? According to Cell Phone Signal, reception issues are to blame. Those problems (hopefully) fixed, the phone will launch for $150 bucks before a 50 buck mail in rebate, dressed in red/black, blue/black, or a brand spankin’ new black/silver color scheme (pictured above).

These were my favourite from my childhood but i i should also mention that these are very good theme songs too: Duck Tales, Chip n dale,…

Japanese manufacturer Kotobukiya unveiled these awesome Lightsaber chopsticks at last week’s Celebration Japan—a massive event that marked the 30th anniversary of the Japanese Star Wars premiere. Unfortunately, there’s no word on a pricing or release date for the chopsticks, but if they ever make it on sale in the States I’ll never use a fork again. Sure it’s an ad, but taking over your office building’s lighting system en masse with an army of thirsty friends as an homage to every Irishman’s favorite stout is a pretty refreshing dream while you’re pinned inside your cubicle. Now if we could just do this with a huge INSTEON installation—then we’d be set. Check out the flashmob-inspired ad after the jump. Now I’m thirsty and it’s barely even noon.
